Without exercise, you will still lose a Minimum of 4 KG a Month on The Alton Trim Plan's Z-Pill, but exercise is a great addition to losing 6-8KG minimum and sculpting your body to lose weight in specific areas.
It is best to get on the treadmill or just brisk walk outside at least once a day. Try 30 minutes of light jogging during each workout (or brisk walking). You can also choose to add lifting light weights (2-6 kg for women, 6-10kg for men).
