So, Why Didn't My Old Diet Work?
You have probably tried many different diets, pills and programs and nothing really worked. Yes you do the diet, the exercise program; you may even have lost some weight.
The main problem is that during the program, you are usually hungry, grumpy, tired, and need super human strength and will power to resist food cravings. You need to go to work, work on personal aspirations, take care of the family, take care of yourself, and still have motivation/time to go to the gym.
Add to that, the results are slow and irregular. Which makes you back track or feel that you can “take a little break” from the program for a bit since you have lost a little weight. But this never lets you get to your weight loss goal.
This is almost always the case from regular diets, it also means once you get off the strict food restrictions you gain almost all the weight back. Gaining and losing weight over and over again is definitely not healthy.
